A: Flagging Low Quality Questions

Todd TrimbleSpeaking as a pretty active moderator: the amount of this type of flag raising that I see hasn't been a problem, not for me. In some ways I think it helps, to see how others are gauging the quality of questions. Please carry on as you have been.

I don't think that users who have privilege to vote to close can actually flag questions for closing. AFAIK such flags are automatically converted to close votes.
And the OP clearly has sufficient reputation for this to happen.
I have asked him for a clarification in a comment, we will see whether he meant this type of flag or in need of moderator attention or something else.
Could you be more specific about what kind of flag you have in mind? IIRC if a user with 3k+ reputation flags the question for closing then actually no flag is generated and the flag is converted to vote to close. You can test it simply by checking that after such flag you will not see new flag in your flagging history, but you will see a new close vote in the votes tab in your profile. I can try to find a more official source for this if needed, at the moment I have this answer. — Martin Sleziak 5 mins ago

Thinking about that question, the OP might have meant VLQ flags.
But I guess that both VLQ and close flags are usually handled in the review queues, so mods are not necessary involved.

It seems to me that both (gap) and (online-resources) could be a suitable tags for this question. I was not sure which of them to add (if any) - since a question can have at most 5 tags. Probably (online-resources) tag is more relevant - the question is not exclusively about gap. — Martin Sleziak 53 mins ago
@MartinSleziak Thank you. Added "online-resources" cannot add "gap" - cause only 5 tags. And that tag is almost unused. — Alexander Chervov 9 mins ago
I guess that after the question has been retagged, the above comments are no longer needed. So I have removed my comment and flagged the other one as obsolete.
After all, they are also archived here in chat.
Although Alexander Chervov's comment naturally raises the question: What does the fact that there are only two questions tagged mean? Is this tag not needed? Or could it be a useful tag, but many questions which are about GAP are not tagged with the tag?
I have a feeling that I discussed something related to tag somewhere. I do not remember whether it was in chat or on some meta site. I cannot find it now. (But maybe my memory is fooling me.)
