I have 2 silver badges at Stack Overflow, I got them months ago I think. When I try to get an Amazing Grace hat from Winter Bash, it says You haven't earned this hat on any sites yet. So what's going wrong, is there anything that I'm missing?

It appears hats are no longer visible when viewing chat profiles:

There was a bug report here which was marked status-completed by an employee. The hats appeared in a chat profile for a little bit, but now they don't.
@DavidPostill Yes - for any post to be eligible for hats, it must be at at least at +1 score. Unless in cases like red baron when the post must be voted to -3, even then the post must later become positively scored to count.
purely a coincidence a UV appeared there at that moment, I'm sure. I was just admiring how shiny the UV button was looking today, and all of a sudden it light up blue.
