Public service announcement: we know about the insurance spammers; it's a network-wide attack. If any of 'em start posting spam in questions or answers, please spam-flag them back to the stone age as usual. Manually deleting the accounts with spammy profiles is too big a task to do manually.

@cflat You're assuming that we care about your little game. I, for one, don't. What matters to me is that you stop bothering other people. If you can't do it by yourself, I'll help you by suspending your chat account. This is your last warning.

This is the fourth part of a five-part series. The first part is here, the second part is here, the third part is here, and the fifth part is coming soon. This is part of a set of stories exploring the world of Quenaunor. The previous story is here, and the first story is here. Stanor staggered to his feet, bleeding badly from multiple cuts caused by flying chunks of the deck and pieces that ha

Mods, feel free to delete this, but I feel it's worth mentioning as 1. I'm involved here and 2. it's relevant for the chat sessions that may or may not happen: I'm doing an AMA on Physics' chat (the hbar) tomorrow at 8pm UTC (9pm UK time) - physics.meta.stackexchange.com/q/10085/114272

@redfrogcrab Um, I'm not sure I can make the decision for you. It would depend on what feel you want for the story.

@MikeNichols Yeah, there are a few people who feel it is their god given duty to close questions as quickly and efficiently as possible. If they could snap their fingers and make most of the questions turn to dust, it wouldn't be fast enough.

@AndyD273 "But Biden, I thought you died!" "The Biden you knew, Sanders, did die. I am his long lost twin brother. I actually have been impersonating him for the last few years, but he was the one Clinton poisoned." "But your wife, Jill, has already remarried!" "Say it's not so, Sanders! Who was it?!" "It was I." "How could you?!" "It was true love!"

@Gryphon The "real-world questions" debate? Give me some context about what you are building (Book? Game? ...) and why you need help from people with experience in building fictional worlds (Why is Wikipedia not enough?) and I am fine with a lot. But I am not fine with this being used as an excuse to ask anything that comes to your mind just because there could be a fictional world that is exactly like ours and where your character has the exact same problem with programming that you do.
