First, I think both pages needs to be synchronized.

If something good is posted on one, it should be posted on the other as well

It'd be handy, but probably not needed.

I think the biggest rule is that anything NSFW needs to have a SFW title, and a NSFW warning.

I guess we could start with the most basic "common sense" stuff, like no spam, ads, or unrelated content.

and then fine tune it on a case by case basis.
