^ I think this may be the best option. It doesn't get in the way, and the link does make it clear that it's a bot (that was @Andy's point made earlier)
I think this would work particularly well if Metasmoke site had a footer with a word or two about what this is, and links to Github repos of SD and MS... @Undo

Personally, I kinda like the reasons being linked.
But if they are all linked, it's hard to see where the MS link ends and the post link begins. A lot of clicking to a wrong site, when trying to spamflag.
