I am going to see my psychiatrist one last time next week. I am going to tell him I stopped taking the meds for a month and don't feel worse.

So I think I will probably stop taking the meds for good. I don't think they really help.

Whatever he said, whatever he did, he didn't mean it, he just wants your meds for good.

I also went for two sessions of psychotherapy, and then I stopped and told him I more or less knew everything he was telling me already.

So, it's back to me coping on my own again, without meds or therapy.

But I believe I can get completely well in a year from now, whatever that means.
