#3: Not really, studying Latin is mandatory in my country, so it's just my standard class with same old people.
#4: I already can, without knowing Latin, just look up their definition. And even when I am, for example, reading some papers that have latinates in them, I usually get the meaning of it wrong, as it could be interpreted in many ways.
#5: That's already implied, but if your argument is that Latin can help me learn new languages, then I'd say that I'd much rather learn proto indo european or something like that.
