@Maroon which is why i kinda think her answering the phone saying she's Araragi's "erotic slave" is actually an attempt to ruin him so he and Senjōgahara break up and take his place with Senjōgahara
I guess the flip-side - feminist-ish fans breaking "canon" het relationships to make same-sex ones - bothers me slightly less simply because there's less of a sense of whatever the sexual orientation of white-washing is, even if I also find it silly
When I was looking at this question, I noticed some votes to close it as per the consensus reached here. I didn't have SafeSearch turned on, but in any case, I failed to get any useful results from the Google Reverse Image Search. iqdb, which does not appear to filter for sexually explicit materi...
@OshinoShinobu seems ok though the chapters are kinda short, 3 - 6 pages each. kinda find a Wikipedia Entry on just how many chaoters there are but guess i'm hoping far too much to find a Shoujo Ai/Yuri title which is about a long as One Piece or Naruto and still going
@Frosteeze I like how he wants to know what each character does. Not each token, but each character. You'd need to explain a nontrivial amount of lexical analysis just to do that.
In the Prisma Illya universe, the class cards (cf. below) are physically real magical items. But what about in the "main" Fate universe, where Fate/stay night is set? Do the class cards physically exist there (even perhaps in some non-magical capacity)?
We do see a fair bit of them in the VN,...
All I remember is the main character was brought into a different world. BTW it's not Tenchi. Any of them. XD. But there were clans at war. The chief of one of the clans was a Lion. Uhh, latter on I remember the main character fighting the villain on top of a giant ship of some sort(may have been...
oh yeh, i forgot to mention this this morning since i found out about it on the weekend
localization Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation comes out on Steam on the 29th of this month, and it'll be on sale for 50% off ($14.99) for a little while
I am working on a creating a recommendation system for anime using Machine Learning algorithms, I am looking for data to use as training sets and I need access to anime details. so any recommendations would be appreciated.
@LoganM yeh it does, they are making a recommendation system with Machine Learning algorithms and want current apis to be used a learning sets for the algorithm. at least that's what i understood from it
The recent consensus is to close all trivially reverse searchable image identification request questions as duplicate of this question.
However, since the question closed as duplicate can't be viewed by general public (they are redirected to the target question), is there any use in keeping thes...
@nhahtdh if a two different user post two different image and ask which anime this image is from and the anime is same for both question , will one be marked as duplicate of another
@mirroroftruth Yes, but why are you replying to that message?
There is an exception, where if the question contains too many images, then it should be closed as too broad. Or if the questions are easily identifiable, then it should be closed dup as the guide
I doubt Google would give it to you unless you search in Japanese.
Easiest way to find the original pixiv link is to use SauceNAO and select the Pixiv database. iqdb doesn't have pixiv indexed, but it'll sometimes still work if you happen to find the image with a link to the source.
Great. We start a new policy which is supposed to simplify dealing with trivial identification questions. Within a week people are abusing it to close any image-based identification request.
It doesn't surprise me that people can't even follow the rules, but it is a bit depressing and makes me wonder whether it's even worth trying to fix the real problems on this site, or if too many people are afraid of the identification-request boogieman to even have a serious discussion.
Except that there's literally no new rule here. That's why I proposed this method. Our existing duplicate rules cover the situation. But people are marking duplicates now without even checking whether it's even answered by the duplicate post.
If it actually gets better, sure. But people have gotten worse over time with most of the close reasons. "Primarily Opinion Based" has almost become a synonym for "I don't know the answer to this", and when various meta policies we decided on years ago keep springing back randomly, no one even remembers the old discussions.
@LoganM Look, it was a misunderstanding. I thought any non-trivial image searches should be closed with that reason. You yourself found it through SauceNao so why isn't that non-trivial?

Google Search is your obvious choice. You should also utilize punctuation, symbols and operators in your searches to get the most out of what Google Search has to offer. I find myself most frequently using the symbols " and, to a lesser extent, _ and -.
Note: Google will customize searc...

I thought they did, but either that changed or I remembered wrong.
In that case, I still say I don't really care. Most of the posts will just sit around for a long time, but won't really be visible and won't hurt anything. But if there are really bad ones I'd be fine deleting them.
Personally, I don't see much reason to delete if unregistered users won't even see them. But if other people want to, I also see little reason to stop them. It just doesn't matter 99% of the time in my view.
That said, if someone can point to a real cost of keeping them around, we could delete them.
It's about two students in the same class who realize everyone but them are in a relationship. They are kind of forced by said other students to go out together even though they don't particularly like each other. I remember the cover of one volume being the two main characters in front of a clas...
So there are these questions:
If there's only one of each fruit, how could Blackbeard recognize the "Dark Dark" fruit?
How is the ability of a Devil Fruit discovered?
These questions are duplicates, so I flagged the newer question as a duplicate of the older. Though the newer question has a mu...
Time flies while we're having fun, did you know? We almost two and a half years old.
We had a discussion in late 2013 on the topic, but I think now is a good time for us to ponder again about our site design, now that we finally started to settle in a bit more users. What would you like to see i...
Few of my opinions:
Season based design will might look non global, as you might know all of us are not from same region. Different region different weather and season and applying UTC means ignoring most of all users.
I think we should use few elements from famous anime/manga Like poekeball fo...
As some of you may or may not know, on the site we have a small social media (unofficial, i.e., unaffliated with Stack Exchange) community for promoting our site on Facebook and Google+. The purpose of the site is to promote attention to our main site.
On the social sites occasionally feature go...

How about a new position for our stack logo?
All the SE (graduated) sites have their logo on top, either on the left side or in the middle.
But ours should be on the right side. Why? Because mainly, it would give a manga-vibe and also, it will be certainly different.
