For questions, I only ask now if I don't know the answer and can't find it, which is rather rare if the question is answerable at all.

For answers, I'll usually only post once it's clear no one else is going to write an answer

This one is a bit of an exception. I actually do have the answer to it (mostly), but I couldn't find it documented anywhere. I'll answer it if no one else does, but I figured I might as well give people a chance to answer before I do to get some points.

But yes, it is somewhat rare. I haven't posted a question all year before this one.

I've just been much more busy (and less motivated) this year than I was last year. So I had more than 80 last year, compared to just 1 this year. Similarly, I had over 100 answers this year, and under 20 this year.

Basically, after I won Winter Bash network-wide, I haven't been motivated to try much anymore.

I don't think I'm the only user who isn't participating as much as I used to, though. Quite a few high rep users are still around, but aren't posting very regularly.

I do have a couple minor complaints about that picture though. The pattern on Tsukiko's dress isn't really right since the fabric isn't flat. Most artists just ignore that, and if it was anyone else, I'd ignore it too. But Kantoku is really good at getting those details right, so it feels off when he doesn't. Other than that, the text on the rim of the lens of the camera is curved a bit wrong and the font is a bit too hand-written.

Both are forgivable given how good Tsukiko looks, but it isn't a perfect image, and not even close to his best one of her.

basically, the excerpt serves the purpose of identifying a work uniquely among any other similar works, right?

if anything is still ambiguous, the full tag wiki should ideally clear any confusion completely

(not that I've worked on that much, only excerpts)

you could enter either a studio name or one of the main characters and chances are you'll get the right tag coz it's in the excerpt
