@ton.yeung handing in the id wasn't an appointment. i was told i needed to bring in my birth certificate over the phone. first time i came with a copy but they said i needed to bring in the original and second time i brought in the original. neither were an appointment but i had to do it before the 25th
@ton.yeung what i was told over the phone was "we need to verify your identity with you birth certificate, it doesn't matter when you bring it is so long as you do it before the 25th of September" so no appointment was made for me to bring in my birth certificate, i had to go in at my next convenience

@ton.yeung - i tell my previous work i have university fees to pay, this year i had to play $3k in tax because my university fees were not being taken out of my pay. i tell social services i have 15K in my bank account, my redundancy pay for having taken no days off from work, despite having already been unemployed for a month they tell me to wait 2 more months because they calculate that i don't need payment and live off my savings.
i register with 3 employment services and have not heard from either one even once. the employment service social services puts me on just checks that i meet my minimum applications required and does not provide any help. i call them up early last week saying i can't make my next appointment only to be told that my contact out for lunch and i'll get a call back, never got one so i have to go though their phone machine again this week wasting more phone credit
and that's outside the problem i have at home and with myself
