He's left a bunch of comments on posts which basically amount to "I don't get it". He's started pointless duplicate discussions where the answer is an obvious generalization of already existing posts, and refused to accept that they answer his questions. He's taken essentially every comment as an offensive attack even if they're trying to be helpful. He's refusing to accept that he might be even a little bit wrong or that other people know what they're talking about.
Basically, he's acting as close to a help vampire as you can on Area 51 (while himself criticizing the proposal for being a haven for help vampires)

I've only ever seen 2 people be suspended on Area 51, both for deliberate and persistent trolling across multiple proposals.
Also A51 is basically entirely meta content in some sense. And it's pretty rare for people to be banned for things on meta.

The guy today is basically trolling the SO Academy proposal by spamming the same canned arguments against it that have been said since day one.
I agree with much of what he's saying, but the way he's saying it is particularly reminiscent of help vampires on SO. Which incidentally are basically his whole argument in the first place for why the proposal shouldn't exist.

There is a large population of competent programmers who are afraid to ask on SO. But I don't really know how large it is compared to the hordes helpless vampires.
SO Academy is clearly targeted towards the this group.

I feel like a lot of the problem people have is that they can't be helped in the Q&A format in the first place. Maybe not all of them, but certainly some of the questions on SOA are going to be best answered as "don't even try to post this on SO, go read a book instead".
