DownVoteは、よく「-3」で止まってないか? という疑問。 いま見たら私も「-3」が三つある。 I have a question about DownVoting. When i DV, i get -1 and the guy gets -2, right? Do DVs often stop at -3 because beyond that, the numbers (-1, -2) change ?

@HizHa Good point :-) Maybe you could leave a comment mentioning rhetorical questions.

But if you can, try to phrase it so you're talking about rhetorical questions, not talking about the answerer (like you've done here in chat).
http://japanese.stackexchange.com/questions/40175/is-the-word-for-walk-sanpo-a-verb#comment76073_40175 Do you even look up the word in a dictionary before asking a question? What does it say about 散歩? What does your native-language and Japanese dictionary say about "to walk"? Why do you keep asking this kind of basic questions that can be answered by looking up the dictionary? I don't understand. – Rathony 4 hours ago
