Sometimes the brackets don't match up. Like they wrote ｛名詞 または［文・用言句 ＋（準体助詞）］ but where is the ｝?

Has anyone used the "Word Flow" keyboard to enter Japanese characters into iOS apps? Is this possible? Maybe because Japanese does not have word breaks it is not possible?
I've never heard of word flow so I have no idea how it works. More important than word breaks is probably that Japanese involves first entering the sound of a word and then selecting the word
recent conversion engines are predictive in that if you enter the sound of a sentence it will give the most likely word candidates automatically

I noticed that while 「…と、電話が切れた」 sounds just like a neutral phrase ("... and the call got cut off."), 「…と、電話は切れた」 sounds more like you were negatively affected / that the person on the other side intentionally cut off the call.
