Does anyone know anything about the book of Sussana?
I looked up the wikipedia about it after seeing it in Sefaria and scanned through it.... Is it possible the elders mentioned there are the same as the ones mentioned in this Midrash Tanchuma sefaria.org/… (about 2/3 in)?

@TrustMeI'mARabbi I haven't read Susanna or that Midrash Tanchuma, but I know that there are many instances of parallels in late Midrash with books of the Apocrypha, so it wouldn't be too surprising to see something inspired by Susanna.
 
@DoubleAA It seems very similar. But the Apocrypha scares me personally
The Tanchuma is cited by Rashi and others

IMO this is on-topic, as it asks about the connection between words specifically according to the Torah-learning style of Rabbi Hirsch, i.e. it's a Torah question.
