Q: Defining on-topic Judaism

LoewianThe rule as it is currently formulated seems to allow for "as related to Judaism" subject matter. This leaves open the interpretation of, for example most recently, how the state of Israel legally defines a Jew. Seeing as the state bills itself as a religious state, it gets a little tricky how ...

@Daniel That's how I write, too. I recall, though, that what I learned in elementary school is that "president", only when referring to the American president, is the exception and is capitalized anyway: "the current President is". (I don't follow that rule and don't think it's commonly followed except by those who would capitalize other such words in the same context.)

what kind of magic just happened here?
I was posting a comment on a question asked 15 minutes ago and all of a sudden an answer from 3 years ago appeared

@Daniel Basically, yes. It's like an advanced duplicate. Might as well have the master question be the best posed.

judaism.stackexchange.com/a/27808/759 As you know, Halakha does not follow the view of R Eliezer. According to Halakha you can keep them in whatever box you want since they are not impure. Are you asking how things would work accd to R Eliezer? Why? This is an oddly specific case for a complete theoretical about how to enclose Tamei things. Why not just ask about a human dead body in a coffin and not have to ask accd to R Eliezer? — Double AA ♦ 1 min ago
Am I the only one who find this question bizarre?

I just think it's really funny that a three year old answer put this question on the HNQ list :P
@DoubleAA Yeah, it's a little strange. There's not much to do about it, though, if the OP wants to ask it. (Although yeah, it would be easier to ask the essential question without requiring R Eliezer at all)
I mean, I don't think it's closeable; it just has a weird and unwieldy premise
