tex.stackexchange.com/questions/29879/… is too localized imo. The OP hasn't provided the requested MWE and has said that he's moving to another implementation, so he's not likely to provide it in the future.

Possibly give it time as someone has said they are helping him with it? It does seem very specific though.

@Raphink I agree. It's probably a case of poor documentation, as the undefined command seems to be some "revision" date or number.

But I'm not in the mood of downloading a zip file and looking at that template.

@egreg: my point in closing the question is that it seems the OP just chose a random template (with no examples even) and is likely to not go back to it once he tries moderncv (or another more widely used template).

Ah, didn't see that he is using a custom template that no one else is likely to use. Unless, let me have a look at that template. There are some popular ones on the net that are not in CTAN.
