@DanHulme I've found a site that does the text-fade-gradient thing I was after.
polygon.com
I knew I'd seen that pattern used 'in the wild'.
Dan Hulme
@JonW ah, and with no "read more" at all
JonW
Yeah
It's a great site, Polygon. Bit heavy on the page size though, but for the subject matter that's to be expected.

Anyone used
InVision App
before?
Looking for a simple app that can string PNGs together to create visual prototypes.
I could just do it in Axure, but only I have the axure license and this would be for some other peeps to use.

any suggestion for
www.stutzen.co
UX
JonW
Yes, you need some content that actually explains what it is that you / that company does.
Is it a personal portfolio? A corporate website?
Also - I'd change the labels on your contact form.
stutzen.co/index.php?p=contact
Why do you need a Subject line there? And a body field called just 'text' isn't really that explanatory.
And you have a '
current openings
' section with no descriptions of the roles, and no way of actually getting in contact (from that page anyway).
arvindwill
@JonW we are planning to add content to the right side menu. does it need more content in right side menu.
JonW
And click areas for the 4 side options need to be bigger. I keep missing the one on the right when it changes to an arrow because the menu icon is a different size than the arrow it turns into.
arvindwill
@JonW sure will add content to the current opening

But overall, it's a nice concept.
Not tested on a mobile though.
arvindwill
yes, for mobile there are still some bugs.
