I went all the way to Area 69 to find out the tank is not there. What are other spawns where I can get a tank at the beginning of the game, that is when the roads are all blocked?

According to WikiGTA, the Rhino is only available at Area 69 after Verdant Meadows mission.

In CounterStrike 1.6, there is a riot shield available on purchase on the CS team.

I hate that argument. If I don't go here, where will I go? That's not our problem. We need to decide whether something is acceptable for our site. It's not our job to hunt alternatives for every question we close.

I'm in World 3 of New Super Mario Bros 2 on 3DS. There is a cannon (see image below) which I assume will take me to the second special world. But I have tried every level around it and cannot find any secret exits.
How do I get to the cannon?

How can I beat the final boss in faster than light? I can beat the first form, but the second form just obliterates me regardless what I try.
