I downloaded pokemon go last night. I tried making a trainer club account, but it hasn't let me in the past few hours. So I tried with my Google account multiple times but it just keeps loading and eventually tells me it is overwhelmed by my request to try again later.

OK so I'm getting to rank 3 in the dark moon cov. And I hear each rank after you get the dark moonblade spell buffs the spell making it a 1.0 2.0 ect. So will I lose the buffs that I got from my rank if I kill her/him?
