My experience is that you often either capture the middle base and win, or fail to capture it, and spend the next 15 minutes fruitlessly trying to accomplish anything

So I get frustrated with teammates who dick around instead of capturing the middle base at the beginning

@badp Well, $25 was on the PS4 store, but that was also because of a sale. FFX/X-2. Then I got Mini Metro, Cloudbuilt, FFVIII, and Burnout Paradise on Steam.

I haven't bought any games on Steam Sales for the last...two or three of them?

i like auron in FFX, but i like the gambit system with basic logic (i forget which game that was though) that let me autorun battles too

Fights were basically just watching your own little programmable robots.

@twobugs How do you have fun when losing in Warzone? Because my experience (especially on ARC and Noctus) is frequently step outside, get shot because the winning team gets sniper rifles first.

@AshleyNunn the best part of the mask stuff is that you get special items for being on top of the daily leaderboard, and pretty much no one else is completing them anymore so its almost guaranteed to be yours

The fact that Apex has paths from any base to any other, completely out of sight of most of the map, actually makes it less bad for the losing team.

On ARC, on the other hand, if you control just one base, one guy with a sniper rifle can have a good vantage point to literally every exit from that base
