I've been trying Half-Life 2 with SMOD, and experimenting with the stuff/physics launcher. So far that I've seen, it isn't dealing any damage. Does anybody know any possible reasons why that could be?

I always see people with different skins on their weapons and i don't. I look up on YouTube,but nothing shows up. I look around the zombie screen and the multiplayer screen and I see nothing. So please tell me how to change my weapons skins.
