Basically, you can registered and post an answer in seconds. You see a lot of the same stuff on Wiki, where they have multiple bots trawling and reviewing edits to limit that stuff

IF a post needs 3 Spam or RoA flags to be auto-deleted, then 1 Spam + 2 RoA will delete it

And when there are six RoA/Spam flags, the post is automatically deleted.
