Currently, moderators can kick users out of a room. I've done this to two users now, and they just come right back into the room. I conclude that it's not effective for its presumed purpose (slowing down trolls or other troublemakers, on a room-specific basis).

It is raining, but I have an umbrella. However, the "wetness" meter keeps going up. How can I get dry? I'm dieing!
