@SaintWacko taxi drivers have mandatory health checks, more checks of the cars than private cars, a certification needed for transporting people commercially, and the Uber drivers don't necessarily have insurance for commercial use

I love my Nexus 7, but let's be real. It's way too big to be convenient to carry around all the time. The Nexus 5 is fine. It's hard to judge what half-way between would be like.
@spugsley I have the MAXX, it's a piece of crap that overheats, it does have a decent battery life though. Note is pretty awesome, but kind of bulky. No input on HTC
@SaintWacko I don't know how savyy and willing to risk her warranty @spugsley is; it's just easier to avoid Samsung altogether so you don't have to work around their bollocks to begin with

@SaintWacko I don't think it's fair to say "1080" as the measure. It's more about pixel density than just number of pixels. The same number of pixels in a smaller space is going to produce a sharper image.
I once heard one of the InDesign guys give an amazing tech talk about how to measure that sort of thing. It was insane and awesome. But the gist of it is, when you're talking about stuff like that, we don't have to worry about that limit anytime soon for most anything you use
@spugsley The bigger issue with you for the cameras won't be the MP of the image, but the quality of light and speed of the image taking
Phone cameras are really poor at capturing light because they use such a small device to do so, so they have to have longer exposures, which makes them harder to take steady
Well, it's relative. They take the photo quicker and then apply post-processing I believe. I don't know that for sure, but that's what it seems from the examples I've seen
Photoshops deblur function is magic, but only so much. So basically, your phone will be alright in a pinch, but you're not always going to get photos you can use from it, even if it looks alright when you snap it and view it on the phone
Which is a reason for higher resolution, but most photo applications on the phone don't let you zoom in that much anyway
That said, with a higher MP, you can get away with blurry as it scales down a bit
