So, the German highest court published their take on re-selling used digitally distributed software: Yep, that's legal. All parts of any license or EULA which say otherwise are void by law. The one who's in charge of distributing the software has to allow the new owner of the license to download it as well as any updates which are part of the license. You're even allowed to break software bought in bulk into parts (turning a 10-seat bulk license into 10 one-seat ones).

I generally use mod flags when I intend for something to be converted to a comment and NAA when I intend to cast a delete vote as well
because that way, my intention is never misunderstood

overflow: scroll forces the scrollbars to appear even if the content doesn't overflow. Of course on mobile browsers this doesn't do anything because scrollbars don't show by default anyway
In chat the JS ensures that the amount of content shown always matches the viewport height, so there's never a 'need' for scrollbars, even if that's undesirable in this case

Q: Map blocking my screen in Hexxit

DiamondKnightWhen I play Hexxit, my map blocks my screen. I can't get rid of it and I can't fix it on settings. Its really annoying because I can't see where I'm going. ![2014-02-03_09.16.13.png] That's my screenshot. It might not show up, but anyway, please help me with this matter. Thanks.

Q: What to do in Pokemon X/Y?
