Q: Recording gaming videos with AMD GPU videos have variable framerate

Im using Intel i7 6700 with AMD RX 480 8gb gpu. Game recordings with AMD VCE (shadowplay) aka plays.tv videos get reocorded lag free, no FPS loss. But when I edit them in a video editor videos behave differently, audio is out of sync. How do I record videos with fixed framerate, and lag free.
