Basically it stops it from executing if someone else imports your code into their module.

I could speculate that this is because those that acquire VAC bans use single game accounts, thus making a VAC banned account completely useless, and so there's no reason for them to be anything other than private.

Interesting that swords are basically not good in and of themselves. I guess it's up to the player if the skill makes them better than shotguns. I like that they have a built in dashing attack, though.
