My meta boiled down to "if the only harmful side effect of a wrong answer is the thing specifically being asked if it's harmful or not, it's dumb to delete a wrong answer"

Otherwise the only possible answer to such questions are "yes"

(so long as one person thinks yes is correct and flags the "no" for deletion)
