I've got some non-Steam games that support controllers, but Big Picture Mode only shows them as big generic Steam logos, making them very hard ti pick out from the pack (big picture only shows names on "hover"). In "small picture" mode these games use the Windows icons, which is fine.

there's a lot more depth than you'd first think, as you go on you unlock more options for combinations. At the point I'm at you can even mix and match ammo types if they're compatible with your gut type, for say bouncing buckshot shells

@badp Probably. You won't get quite the same performance, since it is tweaked and synced with the CPU better, but it will be about graphically equivalent yes

I'd personally just get a Cooler Master 212 evo for the cooler and don't see too much benefit in 240 over 120gb ssds (unless you can actually fit your whole game library on 240 - windows)

@badp You could go a bit cheaper, but depends how much bang per buck matters vs future proof. You could probably get a ~$100 AMD CPU and ~$100-$150 GPU if "plays next gen" is the only important part, but the parts you have will run at 1080/60fps/AA for a while, which IMO is a better target to shoot for
IIRC Eurogamer built a 500 pound sterling PC to match it up with the PS4...didn't read the article because I know my rig's better anyway
I would assume the 500 pound rig includes some compromises. Maybe still 1080/60 but lower detail settings/whatever, crap I wouldn't personally want to deal with
@badp Specs still aren't final though. Hope they finalize soon as I might base my next GPU upgrade on their specs. 6950 seems fine for now. Especially since Bitcoin miners are driving up high/midhigh end cards prices

Oh, that's easy. In fact, you probably put yourself in an equatorial orbit, anyway, because of where KSC is located. Slightly more difficult: circular orbit of a given radius. Let's say 150km.
