Q: Can I pre-emptively secure PS Plus free games, without yet owning a Playstation Console?

I would like to get The Binding of Isaac for with this months PS Plus membership. However, I don't plan to purchase a ps4 until March. Could I buy a PS Plus membership, go to the playstation store website, and secure my purchase of the free game without actually owning a Sony console yet?

Disrupting a rift seems like a useful thing, and the game strongly points me towards doing that regularly. Yay, "10 minute" doctor appointment involved waiting for an hour to see her.

This is the longest I've ever waited to see this doctor.

@Powerlord You should come up here where there is free health care. My sister used to phone the doctor to find out how behind she was before she dragged her kids to wait for an entire afternoon.

@AshleyNunn Possibly, though we had issues with ours because the people on the phone weren't doctors, so a large chunk of the time their advice was to seek out a medical opinion.

I played some ARAMs last night after the new patch and aside from the changes to items/champions I can't notice a different in ARAM. Has anything about ARAM changed since the 4.20 patch?
