@spugsley It is normal, unfortunately. A temporary crown is what it says on the tin. Basically, it's your nerve ending twinging, and settling into the dull pain. It's probably a hell of a lot more sensitive to cold/hot stuff too. I'd say get some orajel and just wait it out.
