@Alok True. A closed question can be reopened. But that doesn't really mean that the appropriate action is to use the comments field to answer the question while it's closed. THe appropriate action is to get it reopened, and then answer it. Use the comments to state your case as to why it should be reopened.

@FAE Actually, ToS is not binding according to the ruling. Liscense agreements cannot invalidate first sale. So you can sell your whole Steam account based on my reading.

But since Steam doesn't have to help you sell Bad Game That Was on Sale #54, they won't offer, as they don't now, any mechanism to give away just that game. So you have to sell your whole account or nothing.

@EbonDreamer Protip: Most pay as you go plans are just as awfully priced as subsidized monthly plan prices. The only difference is that you can dump them next month if you run out of money.

In fact, they tend to be a bit more expensive month to month for equivalent usage.

There's a reason that most plans these days offer unlimited voice minutes. Because it's not the standard by which you should be distinguishing phone plans from each other because it has nothing to do with the usage that you do that actually costs the carrier something to provide.

I'm sure I'd care about data if I lived in a place without wifi but with service. Currently I have wifi and no service, so the incentive to go with a data plan is next to nonexistant.

Q: What can I do to deal with a major civil having a high score than me?

There are like 6 major civilizations in my game. Most of them have lower score than me, but one of them is higher than me, about 100. I am a bit upset. What can I do to deal with this? Attack the civil? But it is far away across the ocean. Or use some diplomatic method? Please shed some lights....
