I more think that people don't think that an assist necessarily correlated with Execution vs. Kill

It wasn't until you included the line "But when the Killer is a neutral unit like a minion, monster or a turret, the Killer becomes the last person that assist the kill the champion." that this actually becomes clear.

(Although you could fix up your grammar and such)

The one thing I'm noting is that your answer looks very, very jumbled - if you fix that and your formatting, it may help. As the tooltip for a downvote shows, "This answer is unhelpful or unclear ". It may be that your answer is hard to understand because of your meandering means of progressing through it.

Emerica's answer is much clearer, since it talks directly about executions, for example.

You should also consider making more use of our formatting. Such as block quotes, or bolded text to draw attention to key areas.
