Averages 10 Mbps, but in the evenings it goes sub-1Mbps

@Phil I couldn't get past the tutorial in Deus Ex because I unconditionally hate stealth segments in games, and the tutorial in that game forced me to do a stealth segment.

@cdeszaq, I have a 1GB/s connection that usually gives me 400mb/s down and 200/mb/s up. It's ridicously fast... the bottleneck is my HDD

@cdeszaq Ahhh... Well, for me, on average, I get 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. Not really happy with it, but it's what I can afford lol

@Phil That's probably because the servers are on a slower connection than you are (or hops in between are slowing things)

I think so too, my HDD couldn't handle much more anyway I think.

Thanks for the info folks. For those wondering, I was curious because I'm tired of having to deal with my own data and just want to push it all out into the Internet and only pull down what I need. My Internet connection speed is way too slow for that, unfortunately, and I was wondering if others were in roughly the same boat.

@Aeo One thing I wonder about with those faster connections, however, is if the data caps are higher as well. I know in most cases the caps are not too enforced, but using the Internet as a hard drive, essentially, would make it much more likely to hit such caps

@cdeszaq All depends, I'd imagine. For example, in his case, he has no cap. Lucky, he is. My boss here in Comcast territory complains of his cap being hit due to Netflix

@Phil if you don't mind a bit of the ol' ultraviolence, play one of either saints row 2 or saints row 3, they both take sandbox gaming to a crazy level. I'd also recommend a tony hawk or SSX game, as they're interesting experiences for someone who doesn't normally go in for that sort of thing.

I'll leave it for now, I plan to revisit my plant and see how long it takes to regrow periodically. it wouldn't surprise me if a "house garden" worked differently. they're both interesting data points, imho.

I'd done the same experiment you'd done, with the same results. I know there's a bed in the house that you can use to sleep for X hours, so I was going to try to get timing from that. But I have yet to get to the house.

I'm hoping the difficulty of this game ramps up at higher levels, but everything I've read leads me to believe it actually gets easier, not harder

@RavenDreamer, re: dispelling wards, there was sort of an implied strategy to it, ie, you might hit all the "slow recharge" runes first, and then hit the faster ones on the next pass. I'll have to play more and at the higher levels before I can be certain that there are times when you wouldn't just want to hit them all in sequence.
