I'd suggest adding something like "If any mention of game names in your question can be replaced by non-game-related software while still describing the same problem, you're off-topic." Like in this case, replacing "Dishonored" and "Torchlight II" with "Blender" and "Poser 5" leaves the underlying problem of the example question as it is.
