the cow mangler would make so much sense if it didn't need manual reloading

I expect to be able to do more than ~100 damage out of a charged shot to the face

getting the bot right in front of me gets a 'meatshot' of 136 and ignites both

so uh... you one-shot a 125 hp classes after being a sitting duck for 10 seconds and then you are a sitting duck for a few more seconds and are on flames

Charged shot is only a mini-crit, plus it lights them on fire.

at the expense of using up all 5 shots.

Plus, if you're using a rocket launcher at close range, you're doing it wrong. ;)
