It is actually very different to driving though - all road vehicles can be categorised simply (with different regulations) under a reasonable set of guidance statements. Rail transport is very different. As are planes and boats. Difficult to get them into the same category
@anonymous2 boats are different in every way to road driving, from techniques to regulations, so it may make sense to remove it. We also have a couple of questions on Outdoors on sailing

@NickC depends a bit. If you are a nationalist she is the saviour, but for the majority of us, we'd just as well get on with trying to improve how the country is run rather than wasting all this money and time ...
It all seems rather bizarre seeing as they don't seem to have any kind of economic plan - the one they had last time was pretty sketchy, and that was based on a much higher oil price...
mind you, the Westminster government don't seem to know what they're doing either!
