I have a bunch of videos open in Chromium. Does the flash pepper plugin habitually keep writing to disk even if one is not playing or otherwise interacting with the video, or is my browser being pathological?

@Braiam yes, but it should already have finished. these video pages have all been open for days, and I see no visible activity there.
