@Seth Me too. I think that is a stupid perspective. What could be more useful than sharing medical information? I just hope the SE people don't get cold feet and shut it down. It would probably just take one lawsuit.

@derobert actually svn log --search patches does the job equally. I was actually for the log commits which tells about any and all patches. It seems svn --search landed just a few months ago, in the 1.8 series.

Q: Desktop frozen and unity doesn't restart properly

TimMy desktop of 14.04 was frozen. I would like to restart without closing my running programs. First I login into a text console by Ctrl-Alt-F1, and run a comand to restart compiz. That brings back the windows for my running programs, but I can't switch between programs' windows, no dash, no top p...
