Back from camping, ordered Salvadorean food, have a chocolate milk stout for later, and am staring at a book on networking and firewalls while technically working. Not a bad night. :)

@AshleyNunn I always liked hiking (more in Cali, less here) and open freshwater kayaking. Not really a tent person but a cabin would be nice

@WorldEngineer We have a tent and a camper, and we always go where we can have electricity and flushing toilets. :P I like hiking, but like biking more, and swimming. Sadly, it was too cold to swim much :(

I like the idea of boats like canoes and kayaks, but let's just say unless you like going in circles, you should not let me captain either one ;)

@AshleyNunn I never found swimming much fun, I burn like a flambé and the Pacific is very cold

being nauseated by chlorine's smell doesn't help anything

@WorldEngineer Ah, I don't burn, and here the lakes are decently nice. Especially if you drive more south to Lake Erie. We were off the shore of Lake Huron, so it was cold most of the time, but I have a decent fat layer so it wasn't too bad, but colder than I like.

I prefer lakes to pool swimming, but in the winter I will swim in pools.
