In written English (mainly online) I often come across sentences ending with a question or an exclamation mark with a space before it. Is it always just an error or a typo? Or there are cases when it is a correct English, for example after closing parentheses or some other punctuation marks?

I have a genuine iso file of AutoCAD ~2.5gb, I can mount it in windows with traditional application like Poweriso & Alcohol but while in nautilus the error mentioned in title occurs.

I am running a bash script in terminal and I want to keep the terminal output as log without suppressing the terminal output, the scripts has some wget command and I tried "script -a test.sh output.log", "./test.sh | tee -a /location/log.txt", but no logs in the files.
