Q: LMGTFY -is it allowed

Trevor ClarkeIf someone is asking a dumb question that could easily be figured out by googling it are we allow to send them a lmgtfy.com link? Assuming we provide an explination for why the question is not satisfactory, are we allowed to do this?

@AskUbuntuMeta covered
@AskUbuntuMeta lol, second link for "should you use LMGTFY" > lmgtfy.com/?q=should+you+use+LMGTFY

Q: Ban LMGTFY (let me google that for you) links

John NolanI've just asked a question on Stack Overflow which was a prime candidate for googling. I admit it was a poor question and with a little bit of research I would have found the answer. It annoyed me that someone put a let-me-google-that-for-you link in the comments. It got right up my nose. I find...

@hourback I'm not an expert in grub, but I'd think sudo update-grub would do it. If I were you that's what I would try anyway. If that doesn't work feel free to ask a question on the site.

I'm looking for a jigsaw puzzle game where I can make puzzles of pictures. Anyone know something like that?

The only ones I saw were horribly trivial, like 9 piece puzzles. I suggested it two app showdowns ago, and there were no takers on making it.

or... whats the one where all the tiles are square, and the pieces slide around?
trivial is ok

there was one in the first app-showdown canonical put on. it didn't perform well at review time, and i don't remember the app name. i'm sure it was there though.
