If anyone can help with a suggestion: Any tool that has support for the negative hypergeometric distribution and especially for the cumulative.
I usually work with Python and scipy has only the hypergeometric, not the negative one.

@ypercube The R package tolerance has the usual pmf, cdf, inverse cdf and random functions for the negative hypergeometric
