I want a movie about the American civil war, from the events that lead to the war till the end of the war. In other words, I want to know all about the war not from a documentary but from a movie. Is there such a movie(s)?

Given that the production team for House of Cards knew the show would be streamed online as the only distribution method, did the directors and editors consider H.264's encoding limitations when planning shots and transitions?
Cross-fades, fades to/from black, and pans seem to be infrequently us...
At first, I was under the impression that using words like "f*ck","d*ck","pu**sy" etc. is not a big deal in Western countries. But later my concept changed slightly when at the films, I also observed that families don't want their child to see or listen to those words, implying they are conscious...
In the TV series 'Two & a half men',Charlie and Alan are brothers, but there is no indication that who is elder. Even Wikipedia doesn't say anything about this.
I have watched only season 1.
So may be it is revealed in later seasons.
Who is elder?
i watched the original saw and was actually impressed. A small budget, horror film that actually had some substance to it...then they just kept spilling out sequels.
I hate the genre as a whole, but there are exceptions to every rule
Back to romantic movies, some can argue Vanilla Sky and Scott Pilgrim are Romantic films, both are excellent movies, however.
@Mistu4u i watched all saw films, never got chance to watch Wrong tern but watched all three hostel film. I have even watched more slasheir movies then this
and of course, as we mentioned yesterday, Gary Oldman as a psycho. Very hard to dislike that movie. Even the woman likes it a little. mostly because of chris tucker though, not because of the quality of hte movie
@Nobby, @TylerShads, @AnkitSharma - I grew to like the Chris Tucker character more each time I watched it. He's an extrapolation of the worst of radio DJs - projected into a colorful future.
speaking of vague (probably has nothing todo with vague at all) I watched Charlie Bartlett again last night. I forgot that the movie was actually quite decent. Considering also I saw it when it came out, then seeing RDJ pre-Iron Man, made it muhc more enjoyable for some reason.
it helps get the point across, yes
but flagging it as such with a link to the dupe is obviously much more effective
Anyway, I take Bartlett as my generation's Ferris Bueller/Hughes movies. A high school dramadey-thingy dealing with some of the issues of the modern HS, showing a character that defys the norm.
Or i could be completely insane and talking out of my ass xD
It also helps that it came out literally months after I graduated high school, haha
I think downvote is the reason for new user to leave the site thats why i always use flags, close vote ,delete vote, comment as per the need. T & C apply.
its a bit harder in my position cause whatever we flag/VTC/delete vote is final. Something that is iffy, a downvote is all I can do without crushing the question completely.
@TylerShads downvote is the reason for me to delete my account long ago. So i know how it feels to see downvote on your question which you feels is not wrong. Comment are a good weapon to realise the op that what he is lacking in
I've had a few things closed, downvoted, etc. It only made me wonder "hmm, how can I make this better then?" Coming into chat is also a good thing users need to do more
You also got to understand that their traffic is at least 30x more than ours and even greater. They don't have the time to be as personable with each discrepancy brought to their attention.
aye
We talk with mods froma ll over the network, they all seem like really great people.
I have this distant memory of a film I watched when I was a teenager and I would appreciate it if you could help me identify it.
So I think it's Australian, it's probably a 90's movie, and it starts with a boy around 15-16 years old who is being awakened by his mum to go to school.
Then I rem...
