My doctor recommended I eat flax seeds, because they are high in Vitamin E. Does anyone know a reason not to eat quantities of the stuff.

I wasn't that keen on the idea, but I find the stuff is growing on me. (Not literally.)

From a tip here, we tried tenderloin, which actually seems to have little fat on it. At least, not visibly so.

There are a few cuts that are. However pork fat readily melts, and it keeps the meat moist.
