@Anonymous but we look at that from another perspective. Not just physics, but chemistry and other sciences. And in the end, the main bit is "what does it mean for us cooks".
@Anonymous I doubt that claim. Have you ever seen an large American breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes.... That's a full-blown meal and I probably wouldn't eat it for dinner.
