00:00 - 22:0022:00 - 00:00

10:00 PM
Give me a time in London time to catch you, bright eyed and bushy tailed.

1930
My evening is free, or should be. My day, less so

so 21.5 hours from now?

Ya...
Can you sleep until then?
:D

Perfect! It's a date! :)

Ooo, I'll have to polish my good teeth
Break out my collection of bow ties

10:06 PM
Na, my sleep rhythm is all messed up as per usual. I can set an alarm though :)

OK. Well, I'll see you then if I don't see you before

Fabulous :)

Sleep tight hon

I jotted a note to myself that looks like bizarre spook code:

Try not to dream about losing miserably at scrabble

10:09 PM
1p 3/3 + 21.5 = Tall

My exact measurements

I know what it means, but that would be pretty cryptic if found among my personal effects :)
lol

Try not to expire in suspicious circumstances in the meantime then

on that note I'd better rest up! I wanna be sharp when we meet again.

I don't need no feds on my back man

10:14 PM
That's exactly what I was thinking.

Yes, rest. Rest, for all the good it will do you. Bwahahahaha!

"What the hell does this mean!?"
see ya in a bit sweetie, I'm really looking forward to it.
G'night (afternoon...whatever the hell it is)

Night, sweet dreams
Keep 'em clean ;)

10:34 PM
@ElendilTheTall Still here?
I checked my e-mail before bed. Helluva tempting offer (marketing people are so clever with the "Now that you've tasted, you've got X number of hours for a great discount")
Are you familiar with babbel.com?
I've today to buy 3 months and get 3 extra months at no extra charge.
What a dilemma! I am soooooo broke, but I played with the site for a while and it looks really good. Like I think it could really get me fluent in 6 months if I averaged 7 hours a week.
$27 - full refund if I cancel within 20 days.
What are you using?

Hmm
I'm using Duolingo
Totally free

I was just this second going to say Oh well, I guess I missed you:)

I would say try it before spending any money

Does it listen to you (with a mic)?

No
But it's free :)

10:49 PM
aarrgghh

Do you need to learn a foreign language enough to spend money you don't really have on it?

Duolingo.com?
I don't need it at all.

Well there you go
Try Duolingo, it's really very good.

I will give it a thorough look-see before I spend money I don't have.

They have lots of languages now toi
Too

10:53 PM
After a few hours of sleep, so maybe I'll have some semblance of a brain.

Wear earplugs, it stops brain leakage

I'm really only interested in Spanish. I'm right of the cusp of being able to say I speak it.
LOL, I ready for bed, I am wearing earplugs!

Bless you
Gum shield?
Eye mask?
Jammies tucked into your socks?
Night light on?

nope, nope...yes!
You'll like this one...
My bedroom window is covered with tin foil :)

That's... Weird

10:58 PM
(ya know...cause of the light thing here)

Ah yes, the light thing
And it will keep you moist during cooking

It's really not that strange here...
but I imagine it would be to people who don't live in the Land of the Midnight Sun.
That too!
Not to mention alien mind probes :)

Easily foiled probes
Foiled, geddit?

nice one
yeah! even after what ...36 hours now?
I am downright punchy.

You are a model of fortitude

11:03 PM
That is a great note to finally sleep on.
I'll look at the language sites again after I get some sleep.

OK hon
Good night, again

Duolingo.com, right?

Yeah
Right it on your code pad
Right? Jesus. Write

Ok, I'll check it out. G'night again

Night sweetheart
