@W5VO it is 40kHz, 0DC bias square so I figure I would calculate the rise time I would like and the time to fill and discharge that cap in the period given from that
and that drive current would be a estimate for the load my supply needs to support
but possibly a big output capacitor will take care of that
@W5VO That is not the thing I was worried about. How to carry 100A with those tracks? The PCB calculator says it will need about 2 inches tracks for 25 degree celcius rise of temperature and 2 oz copper.
@abdullahkahraman If the tracks are short, the usual formulas or charts for ampacity are over-conservative, because they don't consider heat loss at the ends of the tracks. So they could just have very short tracks and connect them at one end to something able to dissipate the heat.
