In principle you could use one certificate that contains several domain names and a client that doesn't use SNI, which would introduce some ambiguity, but that's a rather unusual combination.

@DavidFreitag Yeah - the solution is to avoid monitor sleep altogether (so Matrix screensaver across both screens, natch) and so far having the computer set to sleep seems to work. When it wakes, the monitors are both still there.
