I do now
@BeastlyGerbil It could be (Rocker's side) (splitting laughter) or something

side-splitting could just mean the middle

Could Rockers' be the def if it still has the little apostrophe?

I think so
step 1 is ignore all punctuation

but sometimes you need the punctuation

6:18 PM
Rule 1 is "you can always ignore all punctuation, except when you can't"

Are word reversals allowed?

Except when it's a loaded clue

If they're clued, sure.

Q: The Mixed-up Colours

TSLFCan you pick the misplaced color that belongs to the other row of colors? Which one is it?

7:55 PM
I would advise everyone to read the election chat before voting. There have been some interesting topics discussed about how to treat other people, and many of our candidates have weighed in.

Q: What is most Unusual in Paragraph?

CR241The paragraph below is most unusual. How quickly can you find out what is so unusual about it? It looks so ordinary you'd think nothing was wrong with it - and in fact, nothing is wrong with it. It is unusual though. Why? "Gatsby was walking back from a visit down in Branton Hill's manufacturin...

1 hour later…

@Deusovi [s]NICKE[r] + L + BACK

Yep!

Nice surface, only got this because I don't know many bands XD

Hey, neither do I

I hadn't seen the side-splitting indicator before, as someone else commented

Originally, "side-splitting laughter" was going to be AUGHTE, and the solution was going to be AUGHT after E removal
(well, you don't need to have seen it - to "split" is slang for leaving)
but I couldn't get a decent surface that didn't have the answer as a hidden word

9:49 PM
the alternative to having seen it is being clever, which I'm not

CCCC: Spooner reported, "Good lord straggling, wasting time" (12)

anyway, I saw (-s)NICKE(-r), figured I could add L, and then noticed "left behind" made NICKELBACK really nicely

Yeah that "left behind" was amusing :P

NICKELBACK !??
I'm disappointed. ;)

Hey, I picked them purely for their clue-ability.

9:56 PM
Rockers, more like Schlockers
(rim-shot)

10:20 PM
Haha nice CC

@Sp3000 CCCC: LOLLIGAGGING
from Golly Lagging, spoonered, of course.

Yup (5th letter's a Y, but same difference)

11:07 PM
@BeastlyGerbil Thanks, Mr Gerbil. It was stuck at 99 for a long while. :) ...now, if you could just arrange another 12 favorites, so I can get a Stellar Question gold... ;P

He convinced me to give the star :P

hi. I added a couple hints to one of my puzzles semirecently, but still no more answers 😞

Hey

@n_palum Thanks to you too then. :)

Q: Two part riddle - What am I?

Liam DalyThis is a two part riddle (or it'd be too easy), I'd only attempt the second one once you've done the first one to keep things coherent, but feel free to jump ahead. Part one: Without me you'd be ice, but I'm at the poles. You'd meet your demise, but I'm not within you. I'm mixed without mixing ...
